These terms govern your use of flightsfaresolutions.com and any booking you make through FlightsFare Solutions LLC. By using the site or submitting a booking request, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

FlightsFare Solutions LLC is an independent travel agent registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We are not an airline. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines, consolidators and reservation systems that supply the flights we book.

2. The contract for your flight

When we issue a ticket, the contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline. That airline's conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage policy and schedule apply to your journey. We are responsible for arranging and issuing the booking accurately; we are not responsible for the operation of the flight itself.

3. Fares, taxes and pricing

• Fares displayed on the website are starting-from prices for one adult passenger and are indicative only.
• Airline pricing is dynamic. A fare is only confirmed once the ticket is issued.
• Your quote states the fare, taxes, carrier-imposed charges and any optional extras before payment.
• Currency conversion, foreign transaction fees or charges applied by your card issuer are outside our control.

4. Booking accuracy

Passenger names must match the passport or government ID that will be presented at check-in. Airlines may refuse boarding or charge a correction fee for a name mismatch. Please review your itinerary as soon as you receive it and notify us of any error within 24 hours.

5. Payment

Payment is taken only after you approve an itinerary. Tickets are issued once payment is successfully authorised and settled. If a payment is declined or reversed, the booking may be cancelled by the airline without further notice.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Airline change fees, fare differences and cancellation penalties are set by the carrier, not by us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail.

7. Travel documents, visas and health requirements

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents for every country on your itinerary, including transit points. This includes passport validity, visas, entry permits and any health or vaccination requirements. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate documentation.

8. Schedule changes and disruption

Airlines may change schedules, equipment or routings, or cancel flights. Where we are notified, we will pass the information on and assist with rebooking or a refund under the airline's policy. Compensation for disruption, where it applies, is a matter for the operating carrier.

9. Use of this website

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to make speculative or fraudulent bookings.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content or fare data from the site.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

10. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by FlightsFare Solutions LLC and protected by applicable law. Airline names, logos and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the service fees we received for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections not booked by us, loss of enjoyment, or lost business, arising from airline delay, cancellation, denied boarding or force majeure events.

12. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
